護衛生命的絲網

安全氣囊有助於保護生命。汽車發生撞擊時,系統感應器啟動會立即點燃固體推進劑,在高溫下發生化學反應而極速燃燒,產生大量(主要為氮)氣體使布袋膨脹,從其存放位置於剎那間 (工業標準:駕駛員和乘客安全氣囊必須在車輛接觸的第一刻之后的60-80ms內完全充氣) 彈出作緩沖!與此同時,安全氣囊的金屬絲網之安全工作是過濾極端熱量和爆炸所產生的其他危害性副作用,且有效地將其與駕乘人士隔離。

氣囊本身由低克重,高抗撕強度的尼龍6.6梭織物製成,可折疊放在軚盤或儀表板上,新近的安全趨勢更折疊到座椅,車門,膝蓋(針對北美市場),甚至到車輛外籠等更廣泛部位….

新一代氣囊採用了最新的提花技術織造技術OPW(一次成形織造)成就安全氣囊多維型態之多方位用途。可以根據所安裝的特定汽車不同型號的各異內籠進行造型。與傳統的栽剪-縫製工藝相比,新型一體式安全氣囊有效減免後續縫邊加工潛在的品質缺陷。

氣囊系統的充氣裝置模塊有一組過濾器元件,該組件由不銹鋼絲網和夾層陶瓷材料組成。安全氣囊過濾裝置的網狀金屬絲網在此項一次性瞬間煙火*(術語*pyrotechnic並非煙花)綻放過程擔負著下述重要使命:

• 過濾:移除氣囊中的煙霧,粉塵或碎屑

• 冷卻:在燃燒過程中冷卻熱氣並窒息火焰

• 管理氣流:安全氣囊放氣時分配空氣

• 密封並抵擋熱震(於500°C或更高溫環境,絲網不能熔化)

業界常採用不銹鋼AISI 304L / 316L和合金絲,其絲線直徑由20μm到3 mm不等,織造出開孔為0.1 mm到25mm的正方形網孔金屬織網,對織物的網孔,厚度和重量等的精確度要求極為苛刻(執行標準: ISO4782:1987和ISO9044:1999)

世界級的意大利Trinca特種金屬絲網織機裝配了視像檢測,可在整個織造生產過程中實現每一緯的單獨調控,從而締造出性命可以付託的頂級金屬織網。

Life-saving wire mesh

Airbags help to protect the life. During collisions, the sensor activates and ignites a solid propellant which start a chemical reaction under high temperature and burns extremely rapidly to create a large volume of gas (mainly Nitrogen) to inflate the bag which bursts from its storage site as cushion --- faster than the blink of an eye! (Industry standard: both the driver and passenger airbags are fully inflated within 60–80 ms after the first moment of vehicle contact) At the same time, our woven wire airbag mesh helps to safely filter extreme heat and other harmful side effects of the explosion and keep them from the occupants.

The bag itself is made of a light weight, high tearing tenacity nylon 6.6 fabric, which is folded into the steering wheel or dashboard or, more recently, the seat, door and knee (for North America market), and even so at exterior of vehicles… The new generation of air bag is woven by latest jacquard technology enables OPW (one-piece woven) airbags that can take a multitude of shapes and be used for many different purposes. So, can shaped according to the interior contour of the particular car they are fitted in. Compare to traditional cut-and-sewn airbag, the OPW effectively eliminates those potential quality defects of subsequent sewing seams.

Where the inflator module of airbag system is a filter assembly consisting of a stainless-steel wire mesh with ceramic material sandwiched in between. mesh wire for airbag filters fulfills the following purposes during such pyrotechnic (not refer to firework) process that is designed to be used once:

· Filtration: avoids smoke and dust or fragmented particles in the airbag

· Cooling: cools down the hot gasses and smother the flame during combustion

· Managing airflows: distributes the air when the airbag goes off

· Seals and resists heat shock (the mesh does not melt due to high heat of 500°C or higher)

The industry will use stainless steel AISI 304L / 316L and alloy wire

with diameter various from 20 μm to 3 mm, to weave square opening from 0.1 mm to 25mm wire meshes, with extreme precision in mesh openings, thickness and weight (standard: ISO4782:1987 and ISO9044:1999)
